LGH RENTAL CENTER

Lifting Gear Hire (LGH) Rental Center is located in Arlington, Texas. The industrial facility handles all shipments and rentals for the corporation. Strategically located off I-30 and 360, LGH is a 50ksf warehouse and built with a total budget of +/-$6.5M.
EDEN GREEN
1845 Sparks Dr, Cleburne, Texas
Eden Green is a new two-acre commercial space for a vertical hydroponic greenhouse in Cleburne, Texas, as well as the onsite expansion of an additional three-acre facility. The 83,000-square-foot facility will produce 1.8 million pounds of produce per year in the growing space. The phase two expansion will triple the production to over 5 million pounds per year.
