Paul Rowsey is the founder of Awohali Ventures. With nearly 20 years experience in commercial development, Mr. Rowsey has developed over 3M SF and $1B in office, industrial, mixed use, medical and multifamily assets. During his career, he has helped plant, and successfully establish, two "new-to-market" national development companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Focused on building on existing relationships and sourcing development opportunities, he has extensive development experience throughout the Dallas area, including two $200M+ high-profile development projects in DFW's most prolific submarkets. Mr. Rowsey founded Awohali Ventures to focus on relationships built over the course of his career, to respond creatively to opportunities, and provide investment opportunities that provides individual investors, family offices, and institutional capital providers access to best-in-class sponsors on deals across the real estate spectrum.
